The band's sparse singles, like the excellent \"Basic Space,\" has caught the band some level of hype, leading to anticipation for the group's debut, XX, an 11-track album that is the opposite of in-your-face with its minimal instrumentation and conversational choruses. The band has been known to cover Aaliyah's \"Hot Like Fire\" live, but they stick to their own numbers here.
